Strategic Planning and operational audits​

Lenity Management and our partners have established a proven strategic planning process that involves all stakeholders. Including owners, board members, leadership staff, and resident representatives. It starts with a one-day collaborative retreat where we work with your interdisciplinary team to conduct a SWOT analysis, develop/review your mission and vision, and through a unique consensus building process establish three year goals and six month measurable objectives to chart the course for your company’s success. At the end of the day each stakeholder will walk away with a written strategic plan.
The Lenity Management team also offers onsite operations audits to evaluate and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement. We have comparative data to benchmark your community to others in the senior living industry.

Communities under the leadership of the Lenity Management team have achieved unprecedented pre-sales for ‘blue-sky’ developments and record fill-up of new construction and repositioned communities.
Over the years the Lenity Management team has developed proven strategies to maintain high occupancy levels and strong waitlists in markets throughout the country. Our strategies are unique for each product and level of care, including entry fee CCRCs, month to month rentals, independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.

affordable senior housing

The Lenity Management team has extensive experience in the management of affordable senior housing. Including Certified Occupancy Specialists and thorough knowledge of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and guidelines. More and more local jurisdictions are requiring affordable housing components to be incorporated into new developments. The Lenity Management group is one of the few operators who have extensive experience incorporating both high-end senior living developments and low-income subsidized housing. This can be a beneficial way to both facilitate the entitlement process and meet an important need in local communities.

A dear friend that lives alone was getting to the point in life where it became a chore just to check his mail. Couldn’t drive anymore because of vision loss. He and his Son researched many Assisted Living facilities in the area and finally landed here at Azalea Gardens. When COVID finally hit Brookings my friend was already settled in. Good Thing! No outside visitors allowed in, only highly trained staff are allowed inside. This likely why Azalea Gardens hasn’t had a single C19 case. My friend provides myself and his Son weekly updates via phone and email. Seems to be happy there and enjoys lunch in the common area.
