Strategic Planning and operational audits

Lenity Management and our partners have established a proven strategic planning process that involves all stakeholders. Including owners, board members, leadership staff, and resident representatives. It starts with a one-day collaborative retreat where we work with your interdisciplinary team to conduct a SWOT analysis, develop/review your mission and vision, and through a unique consensus building process establish three year goals and six month measurable objectives to chart the course for your company's success.  At the end of the day each stakeholder will walk away with a written strategic plan. 

The Lenity Management team also offers onsite operations audits to evaluate and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement. We have comparative data to benchmark your community to others in the senior living industry.

The Lenity Management team has extensive experience in the management of affordable senior housing. Including Certified Occupancy Specialists and thorough knowledge of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and guidelines. More and more local jurisdictions are requiring affordable housing components to be incorporated into new developments. The Lenity Management group is one of the few operators who have extensive experience incorporating both high-end senior living developments and low-income subsidized housing. This can be a beneficial way to both facilitate the entitlement process and meet an important need in local communities.
